My absolute most favorite song from Survivor! There is a story in my eyes too of all the wonderful memories of my life back in the 80's! This song is just so powerful and so beautiful! My best memory was holding hands with my boyfriend sitting near the river with this song playing among other awesome 80's songs and us just talking and sharing our hopes and dreams and feeling more alive and carefree than I have ever felt in my life again. What a time that was! It was a special time to be alive!

Rockin' song and video, but why does the band try so hard to keep the singer from actually meeting the girl? This song is so much better than "Eye of the Tiger", which unfortunately became Survivor's trademark song. I remember the first time I saw this vid on "Friday Night Videos" in 1985 at the age of 14. I bought their cassette "Vital Signs" as soon as I could find it and had to replace it after it melted on the dash of the Plymouth I eventually bought at age 20. I have never found it on CD.
