Nice job. My fastest is about 4 minutes. Of course, I was playing really slow and conservatively when I reached the castle (since I was trying to avoid dying at all costs), but you're friggin GOD at this game.

I liked your video better than sprocket2005 cause it's most legit instead of using cheap skipping sections like he did. If you would of used the skipping sections you would of beat his time.

Thanks :) I try and do 100% runs, because I like them better. I do use legitimate warps that are in game, of course... just no glitching to skip screens.

Well, you have to get a clean ROM of Super Mario Bros, and download an IPS patcher program and the IPS patch of this mod, called Super Mario Bros Forever.

Sorry, but I forgot the URL to the download, but a Google search should lead you right to it. ;)

You have to have a copy of the ROM of Super Mario Bros., and then you download an IPS that patches the ROM to change the levels.

The IPS patch is called "Super Mario Bros. Forever." I forgot the URL, but you can easily find it by either finding a video on YouTube that includes a link in the description, or searching Google for the IPS patch of it.
