Venus' seemd to b top in d groundstrokes department in this match once again like the US Open.Serena edged her out becoz of Venus' weakr serve.altho Venus has a harder 1st serve its so much more predictable than Serena's.Venus' serve sits in d same places each time whil serenas pastes the lines each time.thus makin her service games harder to break.u go venus.its obvious who is superior in the ground strokes department.The ape SERENAPE got d better dis time.Big deal animals need luck sum timz.
Azarenka has been playing extremely well this year...what a gorgeous backhand she has. She kinda sounds like Sharapova lol, just not as loud haha [on a sidenote, wishing Sharapova a speedy recovery. We miss her!]. And the Williams sisters were fantastic as usual...for sure in a league of their own at the moment.
i just loved to watch them..non stop action always awaits when they are fighting like that....and i really love the attitude both of them....serena and venus great game....
It must be hard to want something so bad but to also have deep feelings for the person you have to defeat. I mean this was a big match for both. They were both the most in form players to this point. Serena was trying to keep her no.1 ranking and Venus was trying to keep her win streak alive. She had won four of her last five tournaments!
That moment at the end I think was a very telling moment at just how difficult things may be between the sisters and how well they handle it. I mean Serena basically apologized to Venus at the end for her celebration...I believe her last comments were "I'm sorry that wasn't cool."
Thanks...I think we are very lucky to witness one of the best Tennis story of the world..two amazing sisters playing very good tennis..I think we are very lucky! =) They are the best players today.

She said "I'm just happy I get to stay number 1". She also apologized to Jelena Jankovic for her celebration after she won the US Open final.
