It's clearly Spanish that they're speaking. Elias Soriano is latin american, so it's obvious that he will put his origins on his songs. The same happens to Ill Niño that mixes Spanish with English and Soufly that mixes Portuguese with English while singing live. We can see the latin inspiration everywhere and that's what make their songs so unique to hear and enjoy.

@yasorachi It's just grammar man. Some words in Spanish are inherently masculine or feminine. Like the word for food = La comida. Food isn't feminine, but they put it one way or another just like any language is created. As for the way that his songs don't directly translate from Spanish to English. I believe they refer to it as musical liberties. Can you always understand, 100%, what an English singer is saying in his song? What about Eddie Vedder or Scott Wayland or Scott Stapp?
