I'm pretty sure the Marines are the first, but yeah. Kudos and good job you guys and to my father, who did this great thing for four years. SF for life yall!! All American!!

@NateyFace381 no, not really. Plus it depends what operation it is. If they need someone to seize an airfield, they will get Airborne to drop, not Marines. And it depends on what type of Marine it is. Marine Force Recon are you top troops if im correct, so thyd be called in on more sophisticated operations, just like Airborne Rangers would do the same.

@NateyFace381 (Spell check...lol) Marines aren't *always* first...for an example the Army 3rd Infantry Division was the first in Iraq(Baghdad)then later the Marines arrived. In my opinion the Marines are overly hyped....after all the Army does own most of the military's specialized schools...
