im from San Antonio...i've been to the Donkey Lady bridge like eight times, usually after a nice night of partying. I have only heard things one time, that was when we walked into to the nearby woods, somethng was running towards us...prob. an animal but i won't go into the woods anymore

Oh Geez people, I grew up in the area...My parents still live on Applewhite rd...There ISNT a Donkey Lady. There are houses Up Jett rd, which is on the corner where the bridge still is...Lots of stray dogs, cattle, and horses. SO if you go, and here "strange" noises, more than likely its an animal.

I went down to that bridge today since I was doing Habitat for Humanity down on the South Side. Apparently, te guys at the Toyota plant are using it as a back door to their property since there's a gate there now. HOWEVER, BEFORE Old Applewhite, there's this random segment of paved, jacked up road off in the middle of the woods. THAT looks freaky as hell...

I live off of Bandera, so I take Bandera to 410 and head west. Keep heading out 410 to the Poteet exit. (Several miles). Take a right after you exit and head down about 3-4 miles. You will see a sign for the Toyota plant at an intersection, take a left. Go down to the next light and take a right ( you'll be in front of the plant) and head down past the next couple of lights. You come to a bridge...turn on the road kist past the bridge and you'll see it. Hope you catch something!

wow i didnt know about the second story , that sounds like that would most likly be the rigrht one .. i went down there when i was a teenager a few times and use to yell fuck you donkey lady loud into the woods off the bridge and one time i heard something like a cow or i quess a donkey far off in the darkness for about 2 min then me and my friends all got the hell out of there.. now if i knew the the second story i might not have done that .. it really was scary that night ....

I realize the stirrings in the brush was probably just animals, but the voice at the end was recorded while the camera was pointed at the ground. That whisper was not done by anyone that was present. It really shocked us after we reviewed footage. And BTW - those kids with us are braver than anyone I know. It's a park for goodness sakes. That place is worth checking out! I didn't hear anything voices other than yours. Even the slightest of winds can move plants like those, even if you couldn't feel it. And there ARE animals in the woods you know. No lights doesn't mean no reflective surfaces to make an orb. This video just looked like a scare trip more than anything to me
