Still to this day I think the 355 targa is the best looking Ferrari; awesome-ness that is not comparable to date.

And I sure as bat feces did not think the F430 was soul-less, tame, lame or dull...  Thought the F430 was killer, maybe not the traditional ferrari, but a killer car none the less.

To the people bitching about the Ferrari's styling, Ferrari has always gone with function over form. Was the Enzo a beautiful car? Hell no. The "weird looking front" in the 458 is due to aerodynamics and the front diffuser. FUNCTION > FORM people, educate yourselves.... Happy New Year.

There's no denying that the Panamera is attractive and refined, but I still say that Porsche has no place building a four door. It'd be like if Kia decided to start building supercars or if GM tried to sell a Prius clone under the Hummer badge (if they still owned it, of course): it defies the characteristics and traditions of the brand.

I just don't think that people will buy it. If it sells well, I'll take it all back.

@TBustah it actually is consistent with porsche considering their Cayenne. They took a practical model of a vehicle and gave it 0-60 of under 4 seconds. They did it again with this. It's not like they decided to make a station wagon with 150 hp, so it's not so out-of-place, IMO.

I don't agree with a lot of what you said DD about the F430. The 458 is a step up, but to say the 430 was "bland and not special" is just ridiculous. I remember watching you drive an F430 courtesy of Supercar Life, and you were raving about it at 140mph on the oval. Maybe this was a case of the teleprompter talking nonsense?
