Sunstein alludes that the Supreme Court, 2:58-3:17, could issue an OPINION that could abrogate the 2nd Amendment. THE COURT DOESN'T HAVE THE AUTHORITY to dilute, or interfere with an INALIENABLE RIGHT. Firearm ownership is a fundamental RIGHT guaranteed by LAW. At no point in this video did he make any argument about repealing the 2nd amendment or taking away guns. If you pay attention, he is just talking about legal precedents versus the culture of gun ownership as shaping policy. I have very little faith in any of these clips, which all appear to have been taken out of context (I imagine something else was said after those fade-to-blacks that probably qualified his meaning...).
