wow just noticed the bass player in this video is no other than darryl jones. who's been playing with the stones since the mid 90's. learn something new on you tube. who would of thunk it.
We need fucking great rock bands like this again... with bite, grit, who can take back Rock N Roll away from the hipster emotional drivel driven putrid stale artsy fartsy bent plaid shirt wearing ffff....!!!
If you're one of them, don't take what I'm saying hard.
@TheMichaelseymour I think Charley Drayton and Steve Jordan brought the most to the band having a rhythm section that can effortlessly swap between bass and drums is epic. They are my favourite rhythm section along with Charlie Watts and Bill Wyman and Michael B and Sonny T from Prince's NPG Band
You can tell from songs like this one that Mick Jagger is the voice of the the Stones but Keith is really the guts of the band. I love his solo efforts. Great song by one of the greatsongwriters in rock n' roll.
It was Keith Who Kept the Stones Rocking Man, im only 23 but i know that every album From Tattoo You Onwards it was Richards, Rocking guitar and his vocal songs which made it worth getting the New Stones Album, Bigger Bang is also great Because Keith and Mick work together perfectly just like they used to, but the 80s stuff is horrendous, With the Exception Of Tattoo You, and Keiths Tracks and, The Voodoo Lounge Album.
While "Slick Mick" was trying to keep up with the times in the 80's with his solo dance pop fluff, leave it to Keith to put out some real deal rock and roll like this.
This is a better song than anything the Stones did in the 80's besides Start Me Up.
LOVE LOVE LOVEEEEE!! thanks!! and if youre down go buy his new autobiography !!! i bought it yesterday and it's killer!!! amazing life this man has led....and it's amazing hes still kickin like he is!! LOVE xxxxoooo
Saw Keith and the Winos in Atlanta. Fox Theater on Thanksgiving Day, 1998. They opened with this song. Still one of the greatest shows I've ener seen.
Yank it up, babe; yank it out, yank it away all the way once in a while. Just a bit of Keith's before I put myself to bed... Make it a gracious night!
The greatest guitarist and coolest dude to ever walk this planet!!!!! Nobody can rock like my boy Keef can, nobody but nobody, he is in a class by himself!!!!!!!
Listen for great music like this on a new radio station called "OffTheCharts" - featuring 70's (and some 80's) lost hits and chart wonders!
Go to Live365.com, type OFFTHECHARTS in the Search box and click on the station logo. The audio stream should begin. Become a VIP member and listen commercial free!
This album and Main Offender proved that Keef is the true soul of the Stones, if you listened (or tried) to listen to Mick's solo albums you see how much the Stones truely are Keith's band!
priceless rock.
