  • Those aren't GHRs cause your pulling in the opposite direction. They'd have to be called "hipflexor-quad pull downs" or sumthin lol.

  • @PanozEsperanteGTR1 he's not pulling it down he's using it as an assisstance to lighten his bvodyweight so he can do more reps.
