I got probably 4 things I want to point out.

1. Where did this flashmob idea come from

2. It look like some people had no idea what they were doing.

3. Some the people's poses at the end was off.

4. The woman in the white suit in the front on the left side looks like Janet Jackson sort of

May I suggest that you all get some white gloves? Cotton gloves are pretty cheap. If you have time, add some sequins. It would look stunning on the whole group!
