  • I think the increase in precession is more so due to the added weight of the cover...

    I think I might have missed the purpose of this video, though. :/

  • that's gyroscopic precession. The electric motor in that thing is basically a gyro but it has a small rotor, the added rotors when attatching the clip might be what's responsible for the increase in precession.

  • Now try it in a round floating tub. use blue-tac to stick it to the base. it may or may not do the same?

    Vibrations are used to lift grains, granules etc. up an incline, against gravity.

  • The frequency of the vibrations is greater imo. Just from the sound itself u can hear the pitch is different.
