  • The Batmobile is the Mysterious Chariot that takes it's Master into and Out of Battle. It Transports and Protects it's Master Every Single Last Time No Matter What.

    It is Menacing, Powerful,and Terrifying.

It's Mere Appearance Strikes Fear into the Very Hearts of the Men who intend to Oppose it, and it's Master, the Roman Knight of Gotham City.

Even those who Ally themselves with the Batman out of fear for their own Safety, Fear the Batmobile.

  • 1:03 batman won't kill but setting someone on fire and giving them 3rd degree burns on 50 percent of their body is ok?

  • @jv11112

    YES!

  • Thanks for upload, now I know what I`m gonna watch during weekend !

  • Batman: Tony, before you do it, know this... Tony, I am your Father...

    Montana: NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!

  • Like he said... 'they don't make them like they used to - that's why I do.

  • BEST-BATMOBILE-EVER.

  • Personally, I'm always balanced in comparison between Nolan's Batman and Tim Burton's, because they really are different movies! 1989 Batmobile is the true Batmobile, as you can see in most of the comic books, Batman has a sport car, long, slick and with wings! The Tumbler is just an attempt to explain "how on earth" did Batman get his car! Thus, even though the Tumbler is a nice vehicle, is not actually a Batmobile, but just transportation! True, sole and lonely Batmobile; Anton Furst's!

  • They don't make them like they used to

  • Bendermeister2

  • in my english book theres a chapter about movies and this one is an example.that's good, but the thing that annoyed me is that they call the Batmobile a"bat car"!

  • i like the idea of the tumbler and it is one hell of a cool ride, and i`d give both of my balls to drive it once. but the mobile, ... lets say it suits batman better and for a ride with this dream of all superhero vehicles i`d cut of my joystick as well.

  • although that batmobile is cool, the actual shots burton got are very lame.

  • The batmobile is so gay

  • @subzero3cx8 Lol true. Though the Tumbler had a 500 hp Chevy racing engine so it definitely had the power and torque to move those huge wheels. As for 89 being a shell, I'm pretty sure they had at least one that had a fully detailed interior and everything for the scenes where Keaton and Basinger were getting in and out of the car. Plus, it seemed like every car they used had a functional sliding door whereas the stunt tumblers had a pop up door up top instead of the complex sliding thing

  • @subzero3cx8 Um, you do know they did film some of those chase scenes in BB at 90+ mph right? They even said in the behind the scene documentaries that the Tumbler had a 0-60 time of a little over 5 seconds. Not to belittle the Keaton car either though. That could go 100 or faster but they couldn't film at those speeds because of set restraints.

  • The video was awesome! :)

  • tim burton batmobile is the best ever

  • sorry dude, but the music doesn't fit the video , but i do still like the video tho.

  • this batmobile way better than the tumbler i never did like the tumbler for some reason

  • I haven't heard this song since playing GTA 3 =P

Good video, I think the tumbler is 'bad ass' but this Batmobile is the coolest and I think Michael Keaton is te best Batman.

  • Legendary car

  • Wow this video was awesome the 80's music perfectly fit the 80's-90's Batman feel solid 5/5!!!

  • @antitroll890 Cheers buddy, glad you enjoyed it.

  • The actual car with the afterburner was sold at an auction a few hours ago for like half a mil

  • If movie directors, like Nolan, didn't have such egos, they would bring the exact same car back in the next film. The vehicle is not "out of style", in fact it was way ahead of it's time back in 1989. Fans of Burton would appreciate it and drool over it, and fans of Nolan will either like it or love.

  • By far the coolest Batmobile ever, and a real Batmobile, I agree the Tumbler was just a tank, neat features but not a real Batmobile.

  • I first saw this car in 1989 when the movie came out. Several months later I saw it for REAL at a car show!

Thus, it will always be THE Batmobile.

  • fu** the tumbler ! this IS the real batmobile :-)

  • 0:20 cool.

  • lol, that was the greatest batmobile of all time. They need to bring it back. Fuck the tumbler!

  • Batman =Scarface OST = WIN !!!!!!!!!!!

  • Burton's batmobile makes me wet

    ><

  • This song got IMPLANTED in my head cuz i use to play grand theft auto alot..lol

  • WTF? it was great until mr. 80s came on... man -- you should have used the music from the original NES game. that music rocked!

  • Of course Burton's batmobile is better, cooler and more iconic, but Nolan was going for a realistic angle, and if we're going to be real - a manuverable tank thingy with good suspension is more appropriate than a lowrider.

  • @MarkArandjus the other thing is that i heard from someone [reason] that Nolan was thinking "how do we know how the Batmobile was made? Batman couldn't have just invented it. it had to come from somewhere", or something along those lines. but those people don't seem to get that Batman's not just a master detective, he's also a master INVENTOR. he's invented all these gadgets and stuff to help him in his fight against crime. AND, he's also invented and designed his own souped-up car, the ...

  • @MarkArandjus ..Batmobile, to his exact specs and customizations, to help and aid him in his fight against crime. he knows EXACTLY what he needs in his fight against crime, and he, being rich, uses his fame and wealth [and all the money he has] to build and design exactly what he needs, to HIS specifications. he doesn't NEED to get a military prototype. he can create his own car!

  • @JediMasterLego Look at all those emphasized words, Frank Miller is that you? :D

  • This will always be THE Batmobile for me

  • Tihis IS the Batmobile.

  • 0:21 EPIC SCENE

  • Can you imagine...A Mustang fan boy and a Honda Civic fanboy are at a redlight...they take off when the light turns green and race each other...just to see the batmobile blow by with the afterburners on =D

  • Original music was better...

  • "say hello to my little friend"

  • Batmobile is a great fuckin' car[/Tony Montana]

  • Is Tony Montana driving the Batmobile?

  • that's why Elvira became Catwoman.

  • Nice one.

  • The greatest batmobile ever! How beautiful does it look! The windows make it look as though it was living.

  • The Batmobile Tim Burton version is THE BEST among all of them.

  • I know that Batman isn't supposed to kill and all.....

but ya gotta admit it was pretty fucking sweet when Bats lit the guy on fire with the booster at the back of the Batmobile.

  • Lol... That song makes everything better...

  • LOL!

  • This is the one and only Batmobile!! Push it to the limit! LOL

  • The Best Car fro all times, this is a true Batmobile

  • I love the Batmovil Tim Burton version. I Want A Car Like Him.

  • Quite easily the best Batmobile in the whole franchise..the "Tumbler" was just a mess...didnt fit in with the character....by the way what a tune!! Scarface!

  • Tumbler kicks ass.

  • this and the batmobile from batman tas was the best

  • I love this batmobile, the tumbler was alright, but to me it didnt look like something batman would drive?

  • THE BEST

  • Still the one and only Batmobile

  • i love keatons mobile.....much more style....the tumbler is just a tank

  • best batmobile EVER

  • @Arvestotia i couldn't agree more.

  • @Arvestotia

Too bad Keaton's mobile can't do nothing except throwing grappling hooks and get busted if it hits something. The Batmobile is a weapon to fight crime. I doubt this car can even outrun the police on The Tumbler's chase scene in Begins.

And saying that Keaton's car is better than Bale's, it's the same as saying that an old Samsung cellphone is better / stylish than an iPhone 4. Just saying.

  • @Arvestotia a BLACK.....tank!

  • @Arvestotia The Tumbler just emphasysis what the Batmobile may look like in the real world even though you may not like it.

  • I always like this Batmobile better then the others.

  • Great video, but your music made me WTF

  • nice 500000*

  • I kind of like the music, a mid 1980's song?

As others have said this is the best Batmobile of all time.

  • Far better than the tumble drier.

  • best batmobile out of all the films

  • @ 3:07 rocks i wish that kind of tecnolgy excisted to were you could use a device to summen your car to pick you up i'd be the 1ST to have it installed in my 2004 GMC Sierra :)

  • HID Xenons? This is the batmobile, not an Eclipse..

  • Best car from a movie, you can keep kit and the delorian

  • i will trade in 10 ferraris for this bad boy

  • Sorry can I have one with HID Xenon headlight...these yellow headlight seem a little cheap...

  • Yep a set of dual beam 55w 5000k would not be too bad on it!!LOL

  • man the music is from Scarface...you got to love Scarface lol

  • Good footage but the music is cheesy.

  • those shields on the car have got to be the BEST bit about it!!!!! wish i had em on my 10yo Audi A4 ha ha

  • Batmobile 1989 is my dream car. :)

  • man, that car reminds me of Darkwing Duck!

    Tumbler FTW!

  • That's exactly what i was thinking of!

  • I love the new Batman movies, but the 1989 Batmobile is still my favorite. This version will always be the "real" Batmobile to me.

  • the 89 one is the shit i also like the one from forever/& robin

  • perfect song

  • well done my friend ! I like the tumbler and shit, BUT the "Keaton-mobile" is fucking great too! I wish I had one of those !

  • What if someone came to his house and saw the bat lights outside his house?

  • I really like this video good job

  • Great song. Great editing to the music too.

  • what is this song ???

  • Paul Engemann - Push it to the limit (from the Scarface soundtrack).

  • thanks :) nice song :)

  • @TheExtreme1987 i have the scarface soundtrack the "Push it to the limit" song that is on there is somewhat techno like if i remember.

  • @TheExtreme1987 Thanks.

  • Nice song choice! Great vid! I grew up on this batmobile and while I think that the 1960's Batmobile has its charm nothing beats the '89!

  • At first i thought the song didnt fit.and then i heard "bat outta hell" and then i said ok LOL....Nice to see a tribute to the best batmobile version (in my oppinion).5 stars
