Lowe's customer service is the WORST in the business. I live in an area near a Lowe's and a Home Depot. The Lowe's employees can't wait to get me out of the store or out of their way. They treat customers like they are idiots and are taking up their time.

The Home Depot customers trip over themselves trying to help people. I get asked by everyone at HD if I need help. Every time.

Lowe's SUCKS!!

Lowes posted a 17% gain in profits on November 15th. On November 17th they told their employees that they wouldn't be getting any type of Christmas bonus because of "these tough economic times".

Just thought everyone should know that.
