Also if you want a video to look nice get a clear HD version first then extend the video to 10 minute's and upload it as Mp4 or Flv.

My Fightscene was uploaded using adobe premier pro Cs3. Great for Upscalling. Upscalled the Psp file from around 440x280 to like 960x600 something without any real loss of quality then extended the video to 10 minute's with a black screen and uploaded it as a flv file for less compression.
