Italy on its own kills 2 percent.

@Ellorenzo1 the Spanish kill bulls and the British kill pheasants. the Germans kill boars and all the Europeans have a hunting season. Malta is so small an area that if it had to kill all the birds that fly over it it would mean less than 0,05 percent of the European birds would die....so who needs to be kicked out of EU?

In Austria, it's legal to shoot birds of prey as they do a lot of damage to other sensitive bird species. It's called conservation.
