Interesting video. I love research as well (having journalistic background).
I wonder what your thought is on the fact that since newspapers are dying out slowly (everything gets digital) its becoming harder and harder to verify facts.
Online you can write something ans then change the content afterward. Unless you made some hardcopy of a page you will never know what changed and when.
In fact: I think the internet is a historians wordt nightmare.
@wrolblogcom I agree, online content can be altered, which is harder with hard copy newspapers or magazines. I also enjoy reading old books where the material inside is very out of date, yet is fascinating within its historical context.
You read newspapers? LOL There aren't many of us left! I still enjoy my morning paper everyday, and will read two or three on Sunday. I guess we may be dinosaurs as papers are dying at an incredible rate. All the more reason to really support a free, uncensored, unregulated internet. Not that newspapers are a beacon of impartial reporting....but they do give us another option. E-papers, kindles, etc. I still prefer the smell of books, unfolding a paper and turning pages!
I love newspapers as well, the real ones. I don't like the ink getting on my fingers though hehehe. Yeah, I love the internet and free information, but I don't mind paying for this site because it contains great information and archives.
LOL I bet they will own it pretty soon!!! If only they would make the site free heheheh. Still, I don't mind paying for a good product, and I understand that not everything can be offered for free hehehe.
Hi.. just wondered if this site is still working for you? I'm having a lot of problems with it and get no response from the company.
