  • For a long time I had only heard Ray Steven's version of this song. Its very suiting for Grandpa Jones to sing of. I love this version. My grandpa always liked Grandpa Jones for his coon hunting songs.

  • One of my finance professors was talking about this song during one of his lectures. He used it as an analogy for insurance & reinsurance. It didn't make the lecture any easier to understand but we sure had fun listening to the song!

  • @Medyshel Don't feel bad. I have lived in America all my life and I still don't get it. They must be from Arkansas. My Doctor is from Arkansas and he told me that everyone in his state had the same DNA.
