The most interesting fact is that he was an actuall person...during the bakumatsu,through the Satsuma rebelion and Meiji revolution,and was famous for killing rebels in the Shinsengumi...and...he died only from a stomach problem,living a wife and a son/or daughter...srry...don't remember...
