Hopefully Rebellion will do some more tweaking on the balance, as Marines are defintly looking underpowerd.... I read somewhere that one of the reasons they brought the game to the Eurogamer Expo was to test the deathmatch mode, and they'd be reading all the input they recieve and considering it.

I think the Marines should be underpowered, on their own. They should have some sort of squad system in the game so they can spawn near each other and have to team up. I guess in Deathmatch tho, they should be abit tougher.

Marines don't need to be underpowered just fragile like they were in previous games. Thing is in team deathmatch often all species will stick together not just the Marines. So then if Marines are underpowered they stand no chance.

That's true. All species should be fragile to encourage stealthy gameplay from the Aliens & Predators and teamplay from the Marines. But perhaps some sorta team spawn for the Marines and a wide-spread spawn for the other species.. or something.
