Where are the threats? The white flickering light? I see sunlight being reflected off of the right hand outside rearview mirror of each vehicle as it drives by. As the angle of the mirrors changes with respect to the camera (as the vehicles go by); you get a flicker effect momentarily, thats all. Even if thats not it and we dont know whats causing it, it doesnt necessarily mean someones stalking somebody. Keep us informed though. Thanks.
