I think this is an infection that comes from injecting something like Synthol into the bicep to give the appearance of increased muscle mass. @ngdj999 He injected some sort of oil (a Brazilian version of synthol) in his arm to look buff, without having to actually workout.. he got a bacterial infection (I don't know what kind, likely a Staph or Strep, which are skin bacteria... but the pus looks green, so it could be Pseudomonas). They drained 500 ml of pus and got him on broad spectrum antibiotics... he had to stay in the hospital for 7 days.
