yeah i have a question. i just got these today. and for some reason when i set the volume to zero, i still can hear sound coming from the headset(my intention is to mute the sound). is it suppose to be that way cause its annoying me. when i set it to zero volume i want to hear nothing. anyone knows a way to fix this?

@tunnelneverends Throw it outside and bury it where it lands, then you wanna go inside and make a ham sandwich. Spend ONLY 10 minutes eating it. Then go into your room sleep for 6 hours, wake up and run 2 laps around your block then dig up your microphone. This might help but there is a chance that it won't work. :)

I am using them now, they are very uncomfortable, your ears hurt after 2 minutes of wearing, other than that the quality is awesome!

Skype managed to detect my headset, but when I open youtube videos or listen to music, I can't hear it from the headset but it comes out of my speakers. How can I use it like headphones? my computer uses windows 7

I wish! Lol, one day. My last mic was a logitech and it was a fair bit more expensive than this one but it wasn't very good, put me right off of Logitech products.

@ComputerGeek396 Logitech makes some good keyboards and mice. I dunno about headsets though. As for Microsoft, they should stick to software because MOST of their hardware is horrible. They are the reason why I switched to Logitech.

But I will make an exception for this headset. The audio quality is fantastic. 5*
