he has white eyes actually. the idea is pretty good but here is a tip. Work on the proportions and sizes of bodyparts. his head is a bit small. here is a strange tip. I don't know what you do exactly but practice drawings from an example and if that is hard hold them upside down. Your brain is then more focussed on the proportions then how you think it should look. after allot of practice and drawing things easely its learn what detail is necesary, then your drawing will be great;) succes

i do have a question: how did/can u rotate a selected spot (which tool u use for it) like in 1:26. thx for ur answer

The program I used was photoshop.

When you right click the selected area, you click 'free transform' and it gives the options of scewing, rotateing or resizing.
