If you can understand people from the U.S. how couldn't you understand these student. Do you know how many languages are spoken in the U.S. and how many accents there are. You can understand people who speak English through almost 200 languages and accents in the U.S. but you cannot understand these people:) Do not discourage these students, because they are trying to learn English and of course they can make mistake. Anyway, nobody is perfect in the world.

@gocmen2000 The problem with these students is that it is clear they have not recived proper instruction in making the sounds of English consonants and especially vowels. Otherwise their techniques are very good.

You should be thankful to one who don't know your language, and make effort to learn it ...just to provide you or your ppl comfort by speaking to you in language that is not his/her. Just put yourself in her shoe, and see if you know her language ...  can you do the same that she is doing for you ?!! Perhaps you are not brainy enough to recognize efforts that other make for you. She has above average brain for sure!!!
