Go to general after reset on the bottom and then you need to reset settings.

Hi my face time and mms don't work. I updated all the apps in cydia and installed iphone delivery too. Main problem is when i turn face time on in settings it tells me "waiting for activation" instead of "Your phone number will be shared with people you call with Face Time. I did reboot the device multiple time but it keeps telling me "waiting for activation". Can someone help please????? Thanks
