@kps1214 All you do is just buy the app. And the rest is free. But certain careers like AT+T do charge extra to have this features. Its free on Verizon for now.

@hacker13sacker depends on your location i have 1.6 mbps using my android to tether at my house as far as i know it could go up to 7.2 mbps. lets say i can play CS source with my ping around 40 and regular sites load fast
