Obama isn't disclosing anything. He is a 1 term President and a weak one at that. I doubt US Presidents are even briefed on anything to do with ET's or their technology. The ET/ Tech program is out of the hands of the government...I doubt that more than a few politicians know even the smallest bit of the large picture.
