cool good idea! i do the same kinda stuff. nothing better than free as well :). I have the same welder, do you have problems with the wire feed? The feed on mine is shitty. Most of the time it won't keep a steady speed. I've tighted the adujster down as tight as it can go but it still does it.
@ryanb788 Hey thanks man... Never had any problems with the wire feed on mine, works pretty good! I had to replace the on/off switch after a few years but other than that no problems. Just throwing it out there but is your wire rusted or a bad tip possibly?
@jfrost77hd it could be a bad tip. I never thought to check it. The wire is brand new and right size ect. I'm gonna put a new tip on it this weekend and see if that helps. I hope it does but I will feel like a goof lol.

You have to replace a small weal with notched weal. Will push the wire with no problem.
