  • @awsomesejad11 yeah same here, it is not easy but as long as if you do what your supposed to it can get easier, i had to learn the hard way

  • @awsomesejad11 research Reishi mushrooms !!

  • I am SOBBING wishing I could have this. SOBBING. :(

  • bull

  • What a weakling. I've had type 1 since I was 12, I'm 20 now. By the time I was 14 I was very tuned into my control, and now I average 6.9% on my HBA1C test.

It's only hard to control when you're a weak fool like the individual in this video, with enough effort you could make this part of your daily life with no problem.

  • @xpicardx i'm not a fool, i have had type 1 since i was 5. i am 15 now. my sugars were great untill i wa 13. i am doing the same thing but nothing is working. so that makes me a fool? thanks.

  • @littlejib56 Please don’t take those comments to heart. You are obviously not a fool. Keep your chin up. Best of luck

  • @xpicardx Your comments are hurtful to many people and not needed. Don’t know why the hell you would make such a comment.

  • They already have a cure...but the gov. doesnt want to give it up because without all these people giving thousands of dollars to all these big organizations and without us giving the money they would lose all big ass houses and boats that came from us...You would think with all the billions going towards them they would of found the cure..but no just treatments thats not cureing it..STOP FUNDING THEM!

  • @Omonomsnikers1

Bull. Why would the government want to kill off it's civilians? If you have no people in your country, how could it be successful?

  • @MeatfortoeatALT money.. there are cures for cancer and many other diseases.. why do you think hemp is illegal? Its the most natural medicine there ever could or would be.. never hurt anyone and even suppresses cancerous tumors? You really think the government is watching out for us...

  • @XRedxEyedxWandererX Actually, it's because hemp is highly addictive...

  • @MeatfortoeatALT . . . . . Actually, it's because hemp will make you do crazy stupid shit, get into accidents, and wake up naked next to bubba with a dildo up your ass - er wait thats alcohol...

  • @XRedxEyedxWandererX The point is...?

  • @XRedxEyedxWandererX Yeah because no one who ever took THC got cancer.

  • @KamIsSoCool

    Good for you.

  • @Omonomsnikers1 And H1N1 forces people to buy medication, and AIDS forces people to buy condoms. So why is the government making vaccines for the swine and stopping AIDS?

  • @MeatfortoeatALT and please the government has no idea how to make vaccines for swine flu - people who have had swine flu shots got swine flu anyways while their friends say they never got the shot and they were completely fine.. the government just wants us "alive" enough to keep us producing and so they can reap all the benefits

  • @XRedxEyedxWandererX That simply proves that the vaccine did not work.

  • @Omonomsnikers1 We don't have the luxury of NOT funding "them", since we die within a week of using not insulin. This isn't the miracle cure it's portrayed to be - since many of us, with auto-immune induced type 1 diabetes, will develop type 1 diabetes again in the next few years after a transplant. This is even when we do take immunosuppressant drugs, which themselves have a whole host of complications like cataracts, cancers and osteoporosis. Also, 20% of transplants don't make it past 1 year.

  • @Lemonz1989

I have actually had a thought on what a potential cure to type 1 might be. Suppose that a diabetic patient's adult stem cells were to be killed off. Then, new stem cells that have been taken from someone who is not diabetic are introduced. Eventually, the original leukocytes that suppress the pancreas would die off and the pancreas would recover.

  • @MeatfortoeatALT There are actually experiments currently done with different substances, that kill off the T cells that kill the beta-cells in the pancreas. Initial experiments in mice, showed complete recovery with a substance that isn't allowed to be used in humans, but the human experiments with the tuberculosis vaccine (which has similar results) showed a transient but statistically significant rise in c-peptide in the test subjects. :)

  • @Lemonz1989 Dr Faustman :)

  • @toranacar Yep. :D

  • @Lemonz1989 Another thought I've had is the possibility of deceiving the body's cells into recognizing the gene sequence that causes type 1 diabetes for viral DNA. I am still trying to think of ways that would be possible though.

  • @MeatfortoeatALT Yes, this thought has been experimented with, and there has been some small successes. :) Like the experiment I mentioned in the other post to you. :) You should check the reserch out - it's very interesting. :)

  • @Lemonz1989

One thought I've had for identifying the gene sequence is to take several diabetic patients with different characteristics, somehow scan their genome for similarities, and take notes of the similar genes. Now, we take a diabetic and a normal person and scan their genomes for differences in genes. That would narrow it down a lot.

  • @MeatfortoeatALT That has actually been done too. :) So far they've found that there are multiple genes that increase the risk of developing type 1 diabetes. It can be dominant, recessive or somewhere in between. The strongest indicator for developing type 1 diabetes is the IDDM1 gene in chromosome 6. :)

  • @Lemonz1989

Interesting... Now we just have to cancel out all those genes?

  • @MeatfortoeatALT It's easier to just stop the process that causes the damage to the insulin producing beta-cells, like somehow removing the "memory cells" in the immune system, so the body can't remember that it's supposed to attack those cells. :)

  • @Lemonz1989 So maybe it's producing some sort of substance that would kill off the memory cells and leave everything else untouched? What if scientists were to use a modified version of the Human Immunodeficiency Virus that instead of targeting T-cells, would target the memory cells that cause the problem.

  • @MeatfortoeatALT Yes, that could be an idea. :)

  • @Omonomsnikers1 funding organistion or buy needles and such?

  • @Omonomsnikers1 what is the cure ?

  • @Omonomsnikers1 Give me a reason to believe that ):

  • @Omonomsnikers1 If the US government is keeping the cure for type 1 diabetes a big secret haha..tell me...why is the British government, & all the other European/worldwide countries, where medical insurance is not required, keeping it a big secret, as they are the ones picking up the full bill for our medication! In the UK a diabetic gets free lifetime medication including free prescriptions! Only a few conditions in UK get 100% free medical care but most are those who R terminal!

  • @Omonomsnikers1 you have to be one of the biggest pieces of shit. Go take you and your fucking conspiracy theories and shove it up your ass. I almost feel sorry for how fucking dumb you are you little fuck.

  • @Omonomsnikers1

"They already have a cure" < Prove that or GTFO?

Whether what you say is true or not, I personally feel embarassed for you and in general for anybody who talks without really knowing or proving anything, just because they feel like having a go at the government, without any cognition of cause and very often on delicate subjects like autoimmune disorders.

  • @Omonomsnikers1 lets kill them scare the ppl that make money off us make them give the cure 4 free eliminate a group of those rich fuckers so the rest can see whats going 2 happen 2 them if they keep hiding things n sucking money out of us

  • @Omonomsnikers1 And just who is THEY? By' they' do you mean the people like you and me who have families and jobs and billls etc.oh and they also get diseases too like cancer and diabetes.Yeah just ordinary people who work at the same organizations you claim are in on some conspiracy. What a moronic idea.

  • idk..about a trasnplant..sounds like it hurts..i might have type 1 but im no idiot

  • For someone who really struggles with insulin shots, this is worth checking out!

  • @Marlo1177 Someone who is "struggeling" with his shots should inform himself and learn what he has to improve and how to manage his bloodsugar properly! A transplantation should always be the last resort because of the tremendous side-effects which significantly shorten ones lifetime. You can control your bloodsugar to prevent complications but when you take immunosuppressive drugs you DEFINITELY will have side-effects and medical complications later on. It's not worth it.

  • This video is suggesting that it's so easy to cure diabetes type 1. Basically this operation is just a tradeoff from insulin shots and testing bloodsugar to taking strong medication which has severe side effects so that the transplanted pancreas won't be rejected. These side effects are only acceptable if somebody isn't really capable to manage his diabetes. For everyone who is able to manage it the side effects are worse than having diabetes.

  • idk about this! :0
