WOW...this is such a great old song! She really had great, great taste in music. Too bad for me I didn't become a fan until her death. Isn't that how it goes! How sad! I really missed out. @MsNora19 I love Amy and I truly believe she is possibly the greatest loss to music I will see in my lifetime, but if you think she is the only person who could sing jazz properly these days, you clearly haven't been to enough gigs. There are a hell of a lot of brilliant singers out there slogging it out for £50 and a plate of chips whilst the crowd talks all over their sets. Bennett doesn't know everything...

@infinera06 Im sure, so have I, but, the mere fact that she expressed the song in her own way showed her creative spirit. Take something and make it your own they say. Yes, she didn't sing like Ella, but who did? I think it was a fabulous rendition of a timeless song. I enjoyed it.

This girl was BRILLIANT...so sorry to be just finding out. My G_d she was beautiful before she fell down the rabbit hole of drugs& started wasting away. I have a daughter near the same age who almost went the same way~but she clawed her way back up into the sunlight.I'm really feeling for that poor girl's mother/parents right now. Damn shame! Well, I guess I'll have to get her albums & still enjoy this amazing talent. Pray for our youth~there's the knifes edge of super-creativity & destructivity
