If they want Muslim rules then live in a Muslim country, last time I looked England is not one of them.

However, when it comes to personal matters, such as marriage problems or other family disputes, then why can't people consult with their clergy or religious scholars for a arbitrary mediation according to their religious beliefs? I mean, Jews and Christians do it all the time, so why can't Muslims?
