I used to live in Avoca outside of Rogers and loved it until it became too populated. I went to Oakdale and the old high in the late 90's.

@iluvtiesto503 Was ranked #10 in forbes magazine as best places to live in the USA 2010. Personally, I like it here. I've lived all over the world and this is the best place so far. Guess it all depends on what you're looking for in a town.

@MountainGyspy yes I did read that it was ranked in Forbes; I was there for over 2 weeks on business and never saw or felt anything special about Rogers. Cities and towns stand out, this one didn't. Did you give any thought that the reason it was ranked in Forbes could be due to Walmart, corporatism, and the almighy dollar. Someone at Walmart knows someone at Forbes and there you go.

Just got back from Rogers; best thing is the chinese buffet on E Walton and Smokin Joes Rib Shack. The Mama Meatsa from Boston's was good, too. Oh, and a lot of beautiful women.

That building is the Rogers High that was built a few years back. I went to the old campus that you are probably referring to for tenth grade.
