You should look at it this way: He isn't an angel; no. He just isn't noticed enough for people to truly know him, making him appear innocent. He tries to be polite, which mostly causes people to pass him by-- sad really. He was taken away from his papa (France) at a young age by England, and he isn't even noticed by England half the time. He really has a sad existence. D':
