I remember the modern zr1's smoking the GTR in many videos.

But the corvette is a great car and was built for high performance.

Your argument is suggesting the import mmakes more power NA vs NA which is not correct. It needs turbos to make up for that limitation.

And it's also the ONLY 500+ hp car without a gass guzzler tax. I see 26-28 on the hwy if I can keep my foot out of it.

Heavly moded 2.7ltrs turbo (700hp to 800hp) that came on a winch to the autodrome Vs stock V8 7.0l with all things like Ac,nav..etc and under factory waranty the time was 10.00 for the Z(505hp RWD) and 9.95 for the R33! haha so much for the extra 200hp-300hp and 4wd..so how about u park an stock R33 or r34 or even r35 next to me?!! ha ha ha

if the guy in his GTR was a good driver? maybe it would of left u like 3-4 cars ahead? i know in Japan, the street racer would LOVED to race the Vettes for fun and toying around with it. i gurantee u that a owner in Japan who owns a 700-800hp GTR will prolly leave u more than this driver did on the video, i mean LEAVE U behind, u wouldn't come near the brakelights, trust me i been over there and those guys don't play man.
