  • what in the fuck were you doing in the last 20 seconds?

  • getting in a final superburn set..wanted to really bring out the razor cuts..wait'll you's see my new vids in april..i am getting mega shredded these days. : )

  • you should be on the ultimate fighter go to the ufc

  • Thanks for the compliment..I sure as heck would'nt mind the paychecks.

  • how tall are you

  • 5-10...my reach is 75" ftp..28-1/2" from pit to closed fist...what division do you think they'd want me in ? I was around 180 in this vid.

  • im also 180 pounds but im 6ft 3 i think we would be in the light weight division i plan on fighting when i turn 18 you should start fighting we could fight each other but then by the time im 18 ill be 200 pounds we should go to a fight with no weight classes

  • @bobbyd7085 Can you really fight good or even at all , just want to know?

  • @shampoo02 I used to spar blackbelts in tkd from 98-00.Its been awhile but it seems like i could still throw down quite well. punch is still there. Can still kick like a mule and grapple like a grizzly bear.

  • @shampoo02 thats good

  • nigga u gay

  • Much better look by the way as to the long hair.

How many meals do u eat a day and wot do u eat?

Plus how much protein do u drink a day?

  • 3-5 per day...mostly turkey, chicken, tuna, pasta, greens and mangos...1 whey protein shake before workouts...lots of water throughout the day.

  • from an initial standpoint,i mainly switched to soymilk over cow's milk back in the year 2000 due to becomming especially very lactose intolerant..My body just sort of started changing in that aspect after turning 30 years old...I do sometimes eat a fair amount of carbs especially when doing extra cardio like excessive bicycling or extending my martial arts workouts, but i generally dont make a habit out of relying on high carb intake..i prefer to usually rely on a high protein/low carb diet.

  • mostly high protein, and mostly low carbs...plenty of fluids(water & fruitjuice) as well...i drink soymilk instead of cows milk aminly due to being lactose intolerant...i grew to love soymilk though...i really wanna do another whey and creatine cycle though.
