sup aMarE78, I'm training to increase my vertical leap by doing the training program over at vertjump training(dot)com - and thus far improved over 9-10 inches so far but I m still a a little off from dunking on the rim It is only my third week so far, any advices?

And the guy is, "no shit fo' real" about his environmental and social concerns. He drives a Hybrid, a Lexus Hybrid, with nice looking, but smaller rims, no fucking 24's, but a Hybrid nonetheless. He's also been around the skate parks in town, riding his longboard. He's a real fucking guy; I am close to his age and appreciate that.

I've met Steve Nash; at first I thought he was just someone I knew, because he looked so familiar. I realized the error of my ways and told him so. I just thought he was another one of my burnout skater/surfer friends who now reside in Tempe. He laughed and shook my hand. I am taller than him which I didn't know, but I love the dude, respect all of his games (I'm an English football fan) and am sincerely glad such a down to Earth guy plays for my home team, even though I was away for a while.

aMarE78 damm, after I gained over 13 ins on my jump by finishing the training program at ( 50 inch vertical(dot)com ), being dunked on is something I don t have to worry about in basketball now, haha
