I heard this song along time ago and instantly loved it. This song made me cry for like days every time I heard it. I had no idea David actually wrote it, and when I found that out the song made me cry even more because it makes it so much more personal. It related to me at the time that I heard it. Not as much now which is I think a good thing, 'cause that means I am happier. :)

SF, I am so glad that you got the chance in Atlanta to tell David that you loved this song and the message of hope in the song. I remember that, at NotingDavid, you said he seemed genuinely touched, and I am sure he was. What an amazing song.

He was! Everyone praises the other songs on his CD, few ever say anything about this song which was obviously written with love and compassion by David when the pain of losing the young girl was still fresh in the hearts of her relatives. The words & music by a 14 yr old is amazing to me!

he wrote this song when someone in a relative's family unsuspectedly committed suicide. (i thought i would share that with you) I LOOOOOOOVE THIS SONG!!!!!!!!!!!! his voice is beauiful...it is just zo amazing.

Yes, I know. It was a young girl..My son also took his life at age 16, so this song and David are very special to me. I want everyone to know the depth of David's compassion.

SF...well done seems pretty trite for this outstanding video. The song is so sad that I've held myself back from it somewhat. I haven't been comfortable with it although it is beautiful, David's voice is as exquisite as always, and I in awe that he wrote something this deep and superlative at such a tender age.

However, after watching your video, I don't find it so threatening. Its more tender side snuck up on me. Thank you for helping me understand this other side of our multi-faceted David.

SF, I am glad you created this beautiful video. I know you have a special connection to this song "Falling" and that makes it that much more poignant.
