For off road aplications would be better a TPI from 89 MAF or 90-92 speed density corvette:optispark is avery sensible unit very prone to failure due to water coming from a w/pump leakage, definatly a bad choice for off road vehicle, corvette lt1 owner hate driving under the rain more for optispark coming issue than for handling a rear end car
@3dvorator Oh man tell me about it, it can't even smell the water, if it gets into it I have to wait a full day so it doesn't fail.......I will definitely buy the coil packs kit that they sell for LT1 so that I can eliminate that issue and gain some horses at the same time. Just that it goes for aroung $600 but is definitely worthy. Thanks for your comment
@ebayluis23 sorry bros i don't wanna tell you how it's better, probably i was obvious talking about an old known issue...it's a beautyfull Jeep and now with these fresh 300 hp you can go everywhere...sorry again for my naive comments
@ghostle ...you're righ should be called opticrap.. Im planning to upgrade to coil packs cause it's a pain in the ass off-roading (not even a drop of water can touch the opticrap), other than that love it too, is very torquey at low rpm
What the he'll is that sound? Why does it hesitate? My lt1 sounds no where near this

love it, I'm thinking of doing this conversion when my 4.0 dies. Only problem is that it won't die lmao
