@LuukeNukem It's very situational. There's a big chance you're gonna get meteor canceled. It's not a go-to move, but it works really well when you throw it here and there. It's better to consistently maintain control of the edge with bairs.

@reoriol I think the video is missing some frames due to youtube forcing every video to 30fps from melee's 60fps, so you're missing a perfect shield which reflects the laser.

I think falco shoots it, marth counters it back, falco perfect shields it back again, and marth gets hit.

@Malurthish No, you can see that the laser is angled upwards. Counter does that, it doesn't reflect it back.

Basically, for some reason, the counter lost its invincibility too soon and the laser's "tail" hits him. Maybe that happens if the laser first hits the counter with its very tip, so that it takes a frame longer for it to completely pass Marth's hurtbox. Or something...

It's the second tournament where I use it, and here I decreased its effect a little since the first time, but I still think that there's too much in some areas while there could be more in others. Haven't used it since G2, I'll have to figure out a way to not only control its strength but also where it's used.

@TehTechnoGuy Dazzle probably has better tuners than mine, but destroys the quality because of compression. Some of it can be "saved" with some good editing though. Look at my videos from "Beauty", they were recorded with a dazzle.

Motion blur is an effect added in the editing process, and can be used on any video.
