got this phone and yeah it lags but it gets the jobs done and web browsing is just like the iphone and has a trackball which helps plus you can scroll really fast on web pages like iphone.

I have this phone. I think it's sexy. The processing might be a little on the slow side, but it's great for the average cell user. Especially texting. I don't have a data plan so I don't know much about the web browsing.

Ugh lucky. I can get any phone I want, and of course this was my first choice. But I couldn't get it because We have US Cellular, and you need to have a data plan for most smart phones. Which really retarded, because my parents were allowing any phone.

texting is pretty annoying, cuz they have way too much predictive text when you type one or two letters. then another thing: it has a slow processor and tends to stall forcing you to reset it. i wouldn't recommend it

English and Spanish are included but you can request from blackberry to almost any phone company (anyone that sells you blackberries)

french, German, Italian, Greek (my brother has Greek), and im pretty sure manderine , but these have to be preloaded onto your blackberry and take up memory

I actually ended up getting slightly frusterated with this phone because of how slow the processor was. I frequently could text so fast that i would have to retype for the letters to appear on the screen. I really do love the layout though and the software. The phone is just a little slow...

I have this phone, and the reason it feels "cheap/plasticy" is that its really really light weight... and thats the brightside. It is a great phone and also great music player, I would dare to say better than many ipods.

What I dont like about it is:

- mini USB connection

- short battery life (if use like me, music, internet, games, etc) it last 1 day on those basis... but many on stand by

But its an Awsome phone overall and the new interface its cool.

Yeah, I own this phone and it does kinda feel plasticly and less firm than previous blackberry's that I've used. I agree with buccob, i wish it had a full size USB and i tend to have to recharge every day or two. Another thing I don't seem to like about it is that it is slower than i would hope (processor) I can type faster than it can fill in... but i can text almost as fast as I can type on the computer and just about as accurately haha; says a lot!

T-Mo in the US. Rogers in Canada. If you're new to blackberry get one of the older more reliable berries for now. The Storm still has issues and even the Bold. Get a 8320 LOVE that phone.

i ordered this phone. when i got it the scrolly ball thing was annoying when surffing the net. the keypad is very confusing as well, being that its set up like a regular phone. It takes a lot of going back to correct your mistakes, especially the letters on 1-9. Loading apps took a while too (slow drive). Im sending it back for the G1, which is a lot easier and better to use. Blackberrys are awesome, but not flip style. Stick with the bar shape RIM.

it is a pearl. but since it offers no new features, i'd say this one will be shipped with the software update. and they'll keep the candybar and offer the update... after all they just did a full update in april.

I still don't get why he said cause its gonna be on T-Mobile its gonna be EDGE, cause T-Mobile has 3G its just not nationwide, and this coulda actually been a 3G model cause T-Mobile has the capability, it was just not made with 3G or chosen that way. But, i love the phone nonetheless.
