It is always best to use normal setting of the driver's seat both for your safety and other people's as well. I'm guessing you're a JDM fan or previously lived in country with RHD cars, so whatever suits you best.

Left hand drive means you drive on the left hand side of the road, not that the steering wheel is on the left. This is a right hand drive car.

Did you even read my comment? I can clearly see that the steering wheel is on the left, which makes it a right-hand-drive car. The left or right in left-hand-drive or right-hand-drive speaks to which side of the road you drive on, not the position of the steering wheel.

Put simply:

Steering wheel on left = right-hand-drive

Steering wheel on right = left-hand-drive
