Shows like that and Desperate (for attention) Housewives, are good examples of how brain dead and mind controlled so many people are, it's a shame :(

The difference between these two and the "desperate" cast is that both Lucy Liu and Peter Krause would choose better material if there were audience demand for better material -- it's a challenge to sound intelligent and insightful about material they know is rot, but the crap prime time soap operas pay the bills big time. Notice that Donald Sutherland and Jill Claybourgh are high enough on the food chain that they don't have to be bothered with the embarrasing promotional crap. Network TV sux.

Thing is, however, Dirty Sexy Money never had enough viewers--and consequently little success in the long run: hence its cancellation.

Televisions success is built on catering to the lowest common denominator in the intellectual capacity market. The show was brilliant, but there simply weren't enough people with the taste or the capacity to enjoy it.

Your ramblings about high demand for this show and whatnot simply aren't true.
