to be honest i know exactly how to do this, when i was little one of my tear ducts broke, i had to have surgery on them. they had to put a tube down into my eye and after the surgery when they took it out there is still a little hole, when ever i hold my nose like in that video and try to breath it comes straight out of my eye. this is how i can get it to work, and also do not try doing this or you with puncture your ear drums just like he said would happen.

i can do this it is a rare condition where your nose's air tube is connected with your tear duct, therefore if you block you nose and mouth you can blow air out of you tear duct also you can drink with your nose! its feels really weird but if you do it right then it works! =]
