What? ...and I'm going to be catching a beechcraft 1900D from gisborne to auckland to catch my international flight? um second thoughts, i'll drive up.
The plane had landed with pax on board, off-loaded them, did the display, loaded again, then continued in-service. Despit looking spectacular, none of the manouveurs were 'aerobatic'.
The pilots were senior Captains, flying a regular shift together, but including the display.
I always wondered how athletic the 1900D was, now I know. It's quite a machine. And if those are regular line pilots, feel good about flying New Zealand Air Link too.

Amazing reverse thrust and braking act at the end! Awesome! I've never seen anyone do that before :)
Would love to see the same display from a Jetstream 41 :)
