  • Or you just buy some in the supermarket :D

  • @HerrXxVorragend I bet you won't find rose flavoured ice cream there and if you do, it won't be nearly as good as the kind you can make at home :)

But yeah, you could always just buy it, but where's the fun in that?

  • @777neotamakachi777 Cutting sculptures out of the Ice Cream Blocks if they were in the Fridge for a few hours :D

  • like the instruction, but don't like the background music. sorry ....

  • This looks delicious. I've used Belgian dark chocolate truffles and heavy cream (manufacturing cream) to make a great Philadelphia style ice cream. Thanks for a great video!

  • @mahalkho2010

normal milk~full cream, low fat or whatever :)

  • can you use regular milk insted of heavy cream?

  • @littlemissmoneybag

no, you can't. Heavy cream is a must...

  • @Pegasusfui would it be okay to use all purpose cream instead?

  • how long can it last on temp room?like normal ice cream we buy is it?

  • Can you do the same but instead use the vanilla extract instead of the cocoa powder.

  • @sindra14

you can, cocoa powder is actually for flavoring

  • @sindra14

it'll just taste lyk vanilla ice cream, da cocoa he/she used wuz used 2 make chocolate icecream

  • i love the out fit not the ice cream

  • thank you very much for this recipe that doesn't involve the use of an icec ream maker but still incorporated the egg yolks. (yeah, other recipes without the ice cream maker where also all without egg yolks). Besides, the instructions are very clear and easy to follow.

And you've got very beautiful hands.

  • @mahalkho2010

    juz use normal milk :D

  • THANKS for the info...but i dnt hav ice cream maker..n one more v shud be stirrng with the whole process..??

  • @fouzleadz

this one no need ice cream maker ^.^ yeap, you shall keep stirring while cooking the egg yolk mixture.

  • helo...........i hav understud every step but the last step...m nt gettn....v hav to chil in freezer evn the heavy cream...??????then hav to mix with other mixture tat hav een made by egg yolk...????

    THANKS.

  • @fouzleadz

You have to chill the egg mixture for about 2 hours before you can proceed. After 2hours, only you start whip the heavy cream(before that, you just keep in chiller). After you whip the cream, combine with the chilled egg mixture, then only you store it in the freezer. But if you have ice cream maker, of course you don't have to put in the freezer to churn it oftenly, just follow the direction of the maker to make ice cream =]

  • @fouzleadz

the last step is you combine the egg yolk mixture with the beaten heavy cream. Then you gonna put in the freezer and churn it from time to time until it is forming ice cream like texture ^.^

  • galing! hahah..

  • istead of whipping in plastic bowl over water you can put a glass mixing bowl in freezer for an hour before you ed to whip its and just whip it in there.

  • I think I rather spend the 2 dollars

thanks 4 the info any way !!! :)
