Studs Terkel was a COMMIE Jew like so many growing up in the early 20th century whose parents escaped to the U.S. to work, live, and THRIVE yet their children sought to pollute our social/political system with their ethocentrism & socialism. He (and his type) should be despised.

Americans can see the neo' Republicans like Bush and McCain and Palin are trying to diminish the thought of people coming together by calling it "community organising" like it's a crime.We see that the Bush's want to take and all they want to give back for our history are lies to hide what they are doing-stealing our tax dollars and claiming the US theirs...

If citizens had one fifth as much passion and a tenth the sense of justice that Terkel had. . .this would be a much better world.
