I think the problem with Barbara Streisand isn't necessarily her voice, its just that she as a person can be very egotistical. I mean she has talent but she can be very narcissistic and a quite the diva. She has to be the center of everything because she believes she is the greatest out of anyone. Its great to have confidence but at the same time one should be humble, which she really isn't it feels.

I do like this movie, I love William Wyler, just its a movie about Fanny Brice not Streisand.

@sydsterism Well basically Fanny(Barbara Streisand) was a vaudeville singer and she meets this guy Nicky ( Omar Sharif) and falls in love with him. So she decides to leave the Follies ( which is the vaudeville group she worked for) and thus she's trying to say "don't rain on my parade" because I'm going to do what I want. Hope that helps. :)
