Nice Job! If you are tempted to try it make sure you have VERY good fume extraction. That smoke is bad news. I was lucky, I got away with a good cleanout after catching fumes, someone else was off work for a fortnight.

@qazwsx7552 What do you think it was that burned in the mold? Its called lost foam casting, since the molten metal vaporizes the styrofoam and replaces it in the void left behind.
