I read if someones unconscious you should turn their head to the side to keep them from choking on their tongue. Here it says not to move the head, so would I keep the person from choking?

@ThePandaPrincess96 if someone had fallen like that girl did you would not move them becuase you could injure them more so you would have to keep a close eye on the person

@sneakyabcd wrong, pulse means your heart has stopped - no breathing means the airway is blocked
